As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation rapidly evolves, Whitaker-LaChance knows it is increasingly important to maintain a high level of service to our customers. Our agency remains open and is fully operational, and we are ready to do our part to provide peace of mind during these unfamiliar times.
Although we enjoy meeting with our customers in person, to adhere to strongly encouraged local and federal best practices, we are asking at this time that you contact us by phone, email, or fax. The staff at Whitaker-LaChance continues to be available to serve our customers during normal hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Emergency after hours contacts are also available.
Within our own organization we are taking the necessary steps and precautions to ensure the safety and health of our employees. We will continue to monitor the situation, making necessary adjustments as needed all the while remaining focused on servicing your needs and business continuity.
